You all know that Jamie Thomas is one of the most successful skaters and industry people. His compnay Black Box (Fallen, Mystery,Zero) may well just be the most successful skateboard company on the shelves today. Jamie is not just a figurehead but Black Box is his show. He runs the spreadsheets, makes the decisions, he has a hand in all things Black Box. Jamie had humble beginings and made Black Box more than just company. He had a huge skatepark built for the team riders, workers and their friends. Also there are a few apartments there for visiting teamriders, complete with laundry facilities and pool table. The place is pretty much a hang out, kepping kids (and adults) off the streetSick

Here is The Chief in 1993 when he first moved to California and rode for Invisible skateboards. At that time I lived with the Invisible owner Dave Bergthold. Team members where always crashing on the couch.
